INTENDED USE:

Fire extinguishers are intended for extinguishing ignitions and/or incipient fires of solid materials, flammable and combustible liquids, gaseous substances and electrical installations under voltage up to 1000V according to the technical characteristics of the products.

AREA OF APPLICATION:

For equipping buildings (residential, public, commercial, industrial, agricultural and with mass gatherings of people, etc.), facilities, installations, vehicles, agricultural machinery, etc.

GENERAL DEVICE AND PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION:

All fire extinguishers consist of an extinguishing agent, a metal cylinder for its storage, a propellant gas, a valve with a safety valve, a pressure gauge (for type H fire extinguishers), a hose or gun for directing the jet, a label according to the BDS EN3 standard, a seal and accessories. Fire extinguishers work on the principle of pushing the extinguishing agent towards the source of the fire under the influence of the propellant gas.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

USE

To use powder, water, foam and CO2 fire extinguishers, the seal is broken and the safety pin is pulled. The hose or gun is directed towards the source of the fire and the valve handle is pressed or turned (depending on the design). For fire extinguishers with a gun, the gun handle is pressed.

PACKAGING AND STORAGE:

Fire extinguishers are packed in paper or polyethylene packages and stored in them in dry, ventilated rooms, protected from direct sunlight, at a temperature of -20C to +60C

CHECK, REPAIR AND CHARGING OF FIRE EXTINGUISHERS

All fire extinguishers are checked after each use or periodically - once a year.
Checking, repairing and charging of fire extinguishers is carried out with spare parts of the manufacturer in a licensed service base of the company "FIRE TECHNICS" LTD.
